SHIPPING POLICY

All orders are shipped by Canada Post and are delivered anywhere in Canada. Delivery rates are set at 7 $ for all orders. Indeed, The Boubougies is limiting its shipments on Canadian territory.

Orders cannot be changed or canceled after purchase. Please allow 1 to 2 business days for order processing time.

Packages are normally shipped on Mondays and Thursdays.

Incorrect delivery information:

If a mistake is made in the delivery address by the customer, she/he will have to pay the delivery costs again to have the order reshipped to the correct address.

If a package is returned to The Boubougies due to an incorrect or incomplete delivery address provided by the customer; the customer will be responsible for shipping costs as well as delivery costs. The Boubougies is not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

No refund will be provided if parts of the address are incorrect. So, please make sure your address is correct before finalizing your order. If you find that you entered the wrong address, please email us at theboubougies@hotmail.com with the correct address before your order ships.

Once shipped, The Boubougies is not responsible for packages delivered to the wrong address.

Lost or stolen packages:

In the event of a stolen, missing or broken package, the customer must contact Canada Post directly and provide all the necessary information. It is the buyer's responsibility to inquire about their lost or stolen package. Once the order has been shipped and out of our possession, we are no longer responsible for it.
