Returns, refunds and exchanges are not accepted.

If an item is missing or if an error has occurred in your order, the customer must send proof (photos) by email to no later than 7 days following receipt of the package. A replacement will be sent to the same delivery address on the next day of shipment upon acceptance by both parties.

In the event of a stolen, missing or broken package, the customer must contact Canada Post directly and provide all the necessary information. Once the order has been shipped and out of our possession, we are no longer responsible for it.

Orders cannot be changed or canceled after purchase. Therefore, please note that all sales are final and cannot be exchanged, returned, or refunded. So, take care to select your products properly.

No refund will be provided if parts of the address are incorrect. Please make sure your address is correct before finalizing your order. If you find that you entered the wrong address, please email us at with the correct address before your order ships.
